📦🎉 Turnaround Time
All custom orders take about 5-7 business days to be made before shipping. To make sure your order arrives on time, please place it at least 2–3 weeks in advance.

Production begins once payment is received and your design is approved. Rush orders may be available for an extra fee (depending on our schedule).

You’ll receive a text message from LABELEDBYLEX to go over your design details, so please provide a working phone number when ordering.

🚚 Shipping
All orders are shipped through USPS. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package ships.

Please note: LABELEDBYLEX is not responsible for USPS delays, weather interruptions, or incorrect address details entered by the customer.

🔃 Returns & Refunds
Because our items are custom and personalized just for you, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is placed.

After you approve your design, no further edits can be made. If there’s an error on our end (wrong item sent or damaged goods), please email labeledbylex@gmail.com or DM @labeledbylex_ within 48 hours of receiving your package and include photos of the issue. We’ll get it handled.

✏️ Design Proofs
Design previews are available upon request before we begin printing. Please review all spelling, colors, and design details carefully when submitting your order.

LABELEDBYLEX is not responsible for mistakes provided by the customer. Once approved, the design goes straight to print and cannot be changed.

📍 Pickups
At this time, LABELEDBYLEX does offer local pickup. You will be notified where to pickup your order
